Monday, Nov 5: 5 mils slow and easy
Tuesday: 3x1 mile. 7:29, 7:23, 7:23
Wednesday: 13km, = 9:10/mile or so. chatted with Gabriel most of the way.
Thrusday:15x200x100 easy
Friday: 10km in mazatlan
Sunday: 21km in maz. i ran form Hotel Las Flores to the base of El Faro and back to Las FLores in 1:55.
Monday, Nov 12: 8km slow
Tuesday: 6x800x200 averaging 3:37 or so
Wed: 14km. Starting at 9:45 and going down to about 8:30. I ran with Blanca and a few others. they kept a nice pace.
Thursday: 4x600 @ 2:48, 4x400 @ 1:42, 4x200 @ 00:49, 4x100 @ 00:24
i've been running the mornings now almost exclusively. It feels great to have my run finished by about 8am! It gets dark here so early now that it is rather stressful to think about going running before 4pm, when we dont' even get sone with work until 2.
only 2 1/2 weeks until the race!!!
